My wife Soumia and I created an 88-hectare organic farm in the Chichaoua region, between Marrakech and Essaouira. We’ve been farming organically since we bought the land in 2008, mainly out of a commitment to philosophy and respect for nature. We grow 32 hectares of Nadorcott mandarins, 20 hectares of Barnfield navel oranges, and 44 hectares of olive trees.
